Completion
After all products have been delivered, Madi LeFe Designs remains available for technical support and questions. If you had a one off design, once your project is complete I will send over a review form so that I know what I did right, and what I can improve upon next time!

Deliverables
Once your proposal and contract are signed, I can get started on your designs! Weather you need ongoing monthly services, or a single web design project, this is where we get started working on your project deliverables.

Consultation Call
To begin, we have a one-on-one discovery + consultation call. We talk about your business goals, core values, design needs, and identify your project’s timeline.
02.
Custom Proposal
I follow up with a custom service proposal that includes itemized deliverables, project scope, and estimated investment costs. If you choose to move forward, you simply sign the proposal and then I will send over a final contract for signature.

Pay Your Deposit (If applicable)
Once you sign off on your contract, I will create and send over an invoice for your project deposit/prorated retainer rate. Please pay this within 7 days of receiving it. Once the deposit is paid, we can get started with your project!

Review and Sign Your Contract
I will draft a contract with the information from the service offering you chose. The contract will include your payment plan as well as any further information detailing how we will be working together.

Additional project information
These plans include posting and analytics for one social media platform. If you would like to receive services for multiple platforms, that will be an additional cost.
If you choose Package One, any additional design hours will be billed at my hourly rate of $40.
I send out invoices at the end of each month over your client portal. You will have 7 days to complete the invoice before incurring any late fees.
Every Social Media Management Package requires a 6 month minimum contract. After the initial 6 months, you can enter into a quarterly contract.
