I do not offer copywriting or SEO services. I am happy to transfer text from an old website, or take it from a Word doc. Your website comes with the basic SEO additions. We can always recommend you to one of our preferred partners if you need help with copywriting or would like more robust SEO.
All websites are created in Squarespace or Wix.
Typically, web design projects take around 6-8 weeks, depending on the complexity.

Instead of a set number revision rounds, we prefer timed revisions. At each stage of the project, you will have 1 - 2 weeks to provide us with a complete list of revisions before we move to the next step.
A brand identity design project typically takes 4-6 weeks, depending on feedback and revisions.

03. Design Retainers
Monthly Retainers are designed for clients with a variety of design needs on a monthly basis. If you know that you will need design services throughout the year, but don't want to hire a full-time designer, my retainer program is for you.

You pay a set amount each month for the duration of your contract and don't have to worry about fluctuating design fees.

I require a 90 day minimum contract the first time we work together. After our initial contract, you can enter into a quarterly cadence.
Design retainers do not include services like logo designs, full brand identities, or full website designs. Those are offered as another full service at Summerfield Studio.

Turnaround time depends on the complexity of the project, but most A La Carte designs are delivered within 5-7 business days. Rush services are available if you’re on a tight deadline.

I send out invoices through my payment processor, Wave! Your invoice will detail what work was done and how many hours that took as well as the total cost for that project. Payment information will be listed on your invoice. Payment cadence depends on what package you sign up for.

When we start a project together, you will receive my contact information! I’m available during working hours through email, and zoom. If you would like to schedule a call for a more in-depth conversation, please allow 2-5 business days as a buffer in scheduling. I am typically not available the same day.

The simple answer is that I do not believe that I am the best advocate for your business. I am a designer at heart and currently only work with clients who need creation and scheduling help - I can refer you to a copywriter if you need assistance creating text for your project!

There are no hidden fees when working with me. I pay for the scheduling service that I use for social media as well as any content creation design platforms that I need. (Unless we otherwise discussed). The only extra costs would be voluntary use of stock image licensing, font licensing, or any updates/upgrades to your designs.

We typically book projects 1-2 months in advance, with payment required ahead of time to secure a start date.

My branding and web design process takes around 8-12 weeks. This depends on the back and forth revisions or if any custom requests are given. My approach to designs is to make it 100% custom! I want you to show up uniquely YOU.

Currently I only offer those four services. I find that anyone looking for one-off design projects, would end up needing additional help down the road - so I always recommend my Design Retainers for anyone looking for a service that I don’t specify.

Yes! The first payment is a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot on our calendar. The remaining payments can be broken up into monthly payments.

I offer website revisions as a part of my design retainer! However, I do not offer vey extensive additions to a current site.

We use Squarespace for most client sites. We love Squarespace because it offers the most creative control.
