The Studio Collective is designed to give you seamless, ongoing website support without adding extra meetings or tasks to your plate. All requests are submitted through a designated form, keeping everything organized and allowing us to complete your updates efficiently. To ensure we can finish your requests within the current month, submissions must be made by the 25th. If a request is submitted after that date, it will automatically roll over to the following month. We handle all communication via email, so there’s no need for recurring calls—just simple, streamlined support.

Most requests are completed within 7 business days, depending on complexity, and if you ever need more hours than your plan includes, additional time is available at a discounted rate of $75/hour for Studio Collective members. While unused hours do not roll over, we encourage you to submit requests regularly to make the most of your membership. For larger projects, such as full website redesigns or branding, we’re happy to provide a custom quote.

Frequently Asked Questions faqs

  • Our monthly hours cannot be used for in-depth projects such as full website builds or complete brand designs. These services will be quoted separately, with an exclusive discount available for monthly members. Additionally, copywriting is not included in our packages, but we can bring in a professional writer for an additional fee if needed.

  • After submitting your edit requests through our designated form, we’ll follow up within 1-2 business days with a shared folder or document to collect any required imagery, copy, or additional information.

  • Our subscription is month-to-month, with no long-term contract required! You can cancel anytime or pop back in whenever you need extra website support. But honestly… we think you’ll love having us in your corner long-term 😉

  • Unused hours do not roll over to the next month and are non-refundable. Be sure to submit your monthly requests by the 25th to make the most of your hours.

  • If you exceed your monthly hours and we have availability, additional work is offered at a discounted rate of $75 per hour for our members. As a subscriber, you get priority scheduling for these extra requests.

  • If you need something beyond what’s included in your Studio Collective hours—like a full website redesign, brand refresh, or more complex design work—we’re happy to provide a custom quote. As a Studio Collective member, you’ll also receive priority booking and exclusive discounted rates for larger projects.
