Completion
After all products have been delivered, I will push your new website live and will remain available for technical support and questions for the following 7 days after launch. Finally, I will send over a review form so that I know what I did right, and what I can improve upon next time!

Deliverables
Once I receive your signed contract and deposit, I can get started on your designs! I will send over some branding and web homework for you to complete, and then I will schedule our kick off call to get the ball rolling. We will set feasible deadline for the remainder of the project during that call.

Consultation Call
To begin, we have a one-on-one discovery + consultation call. We talk about your business goals, core values, design needs, and identify your project’s timeline.

Custom Proposal
I follow up with a custom service proposal that includes itemized deliverables, project scope, and estimated investment costs. If you choose to move forward, you simply sign the proposal and then I will send over a final contract an invoice for your deposit.

What changes the cost of my brand and web design package?

If you'd like to add additional pages to your website beyond the initial five-page package, each extra page will be billed at $200. This rate covers design consistency, layout integration, and content placement while maintaining the overall look and functionality of your site.

If you'd like to add a page to your website that includes scheduling or payment processing functionality, there will be an additional charge of $300 per page. This fee covers the integration of third-party tools, secure payment gateways, and ensuring the scheduling or payment features are fully functional and user-friendly.

If you require the project to be completed in less time than the standard 8-12 week timeline, a rush fee of 20-50% will be added to the original estimate. The exact percentage will depend on how much faster you need the project completed, with higher fees applied for more urgent deadlines.

If you would like to add e-commerce functionality to your website, such as product listings, shopping cart, and payment processing, there will be an additional charge of $600. This includes setting up a secure payment gateway, configuring product pages, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for your customers.

For any custom features such as member login areas, event booking systems, or other unique functionality tailored to your specific needs, there will be an additional charge of $600. This fee covers the development and integration of these custom elements to ensure they work smoothly with your site.
Additional project information
The branding and web design process typically takes 8-12 weeks, depending on the number of revisions and any custom requests. My design approach is fully customized to reflect your unique identity, ensuring your brand stands out in an authentic way.
Please note that copywriting is not included in the branding and website design package. As a designer, my expertise lies in visual creation and scheduling, and I believe your business deserves the best advocate for your voice. If you need assistance with crafting compelling copy, I’d be happy to refer you to a skilled copywriter!
Each branding and website design package includes a base SEO setup, ensuring your site is indexed by Google and visible on search engines. For more advanced SEO strategies and optimization, I recommend working with an SEO expert to maximize your website’s performance.
A 50% deposit is required to begin your project. Once the final contract is signed, I will send an invoice, which must be paid within 7 days to secure your project start date. The remaining balance can be split into monthly payments, or you can choose to pay the full 50% upon delivery of the completed site.
