  • I send out invoices through my payment processor, Wave! Your invoice will detail the total cost for your project and any add ons that you approved. Payment information will be listed on your invoice. Payment cadence depends on what package you sign up for.

  • When we start a project together, you will receive my contact information! I’m available during working hours through email, and zoom. If you would like to schedule a call for a more in-depth conversation, please allow 2-5 business days as a buffer in scheduling. I am typically not available the same day.

  • Yes! The first payment is a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot on our calendar. The remaining payments can be broken up into monthly payments.

  • Typically, web design projects take around 6-8 weeks, depending on the complexity. The timeline can vary based on your specific requirements and how quickly content and feedback are provided. 

  • Yes, providing clear and well-organized content, such as text, images, and videos, is essential. We will provide you with a document to fill out with all of the information we need! If you need help with website copy, we can bring in one of our preferred partners who is an expert copywriter and can help get you set up.

  • Each website package includes a base SEO setup, ensuring your site is indexed by Google. For more advanced SEO strategies and optimization, I recommend working with our partner SEO expert to maximize your website’s performance.
