Frequently Asked Questions

  • I send out invoices through my payment processor, Wave! Your invoice will detail what work was done and how many hours that took as well as the total cost for that project. Payment information will be listed on your invoice. Payment cadence depends on what package you sign up for.

  • When we start a project together, you will receive my contact information! I’m available during working hours through email, and zoom. If you would like to schedule a call for a more in-depth conversation, please allow 2-5 business days as a buffer in scheduling. I am typically not available the same day.

  • There are no hidden fees when working with me. I pay for the scheduling service that I use for social media as well as any content creation design platforms that I need. (Unless we otherwise discussed). The only extra costs would be voluntary use of stock image licensing, font licensing, or any updates/upgrades to your designs.

  • We typically book projects 1-2 months in advance, with payment required ahead of time to secure a start date.

  • Our retainers require a 90 day minimum commitment, but after the initial time, you are able to cancel with 30 days notice free of charge. Early cancelation does result in a fee without required notice. 

  • Retainers are billed on the first of each month, for the previous month of work. Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice being sent. 

  • Yes, retainers are flexible! After the initial 90 days, if your needs change, we can adjust the scope to ensure it fits. We’ll work together to adapt the retainer to suit your business. 

  • Unused hours do not roll over, as we carefully allocate time for each retainer monthly to ensure availability and avoid overbooking. This approach ensures your projects receive the dedicated attention they deserve.
