Position: Graphic Designer – LinkedIn Ads & Creative Assets

Compensation: $25–$27/hr

About the Role

Summerfield Studio is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our small, collaborative team! This part-time role (20–30 hours/month) is ideal for someone experienced in creating LinkedIn ad graphics and other marketing visuals while contributing to the creative growth of the studio itself.

You’ll design high-quality visuals using both Canva and the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for two key clients whose primary need is LinkedIn ad campaigns. You’ll also create supporting deliverables such as LinkedIn banners, presentation decks, and occasional brand assets.

This is a behind-the-scenes, client-facing role: you’ll communicate with Madison (owner/creative director) in Slack and upload all deliverables to ClickUp for the client to review and provide feedback. It’s a great fit for someone who thrives on independence while staying connected to a friendly, female-led team.

Responsibilities

Design LinkedIn ad graphics that follow client brand guidelines and meet platform specs.
Produce additional creative assets such as LinkedIn banners, presentation decks, and small brand collateral.
Ensure visual consistency and alignment with client branding.
Manage projects independently, meet deadlines, and deliver polished, thoughtful work.
Track progress in ClickUp and Asana and communicate with Madison via Slack and bi-weekly team meetings.

Plus (Not Required)

Experience designing ads at an agency or in a fast-paced marketing environment.
Familiarity with Squarespace or light web design work.
