Frequently Asked Questions

  • I send out invoices through my payment processor, Wave! Your invoice will detail what work was done and how many hours that took as well as the total cost for that project. Payment information will be listed on your invoice. Payment cadence depends on what package you sign up for.

  • When we start a project together, you will receive my contact information! I’m available during working hours through email, and zoom. If you would like to schedule a call for a more in-depth conversation, please allow 2-5 business days as a buffer in scheduling. I am typically not available the same day.

  • There are no hidden fees when working with me. I pay for the scheduling service that I use for social media as well as any content creation design platforms that I need. (Unless we otherwise discussed). The only extra costs would be voluntary use of stock image licensing, font licensing, or any updates/upgrades to your designs.

  • We typically book projects 1-2 months in advance, with payment required ahead of time to secure a start date.

  • If you need specific design elements or have a smaller project in mind, a la carte options are perfect. This option is also perfect if we’ve worked together in the past and you need an update. 

  • Yes, each a la carte design service includes a round of revisions to ensure it aligns with your vision. If further adjustments are needed, additional revisions can be requested for a small fee. 

  • We make sure that every a la carte design aligns with your brand identity. We’ll reference your existing style guide, or we can create a new one to maintain consistency across all your design assets. 

  • Turnaround time depends on the complexity of the project, but most a la carte designs are delivered within 5-7 business days. Rush services are available if you’re on a tight deadline.
